Stern Architects and developed by the Zeckendorfs, the 54-story limestone tower was completed in 2018 and is the tallest building on the Upper East Side, with a limited collection of full-floor and duplex condominium residences.
The building
520 Park is clad entirely in hand-set Indiana limestone, with oriel windows and upper-floor balconies that recall the great prewar towers. Its residences are largely floor-through, rising to a triplex penthouse, and the building offers more than 15,000 square feet of amenities including a pool, a private theater, and a fitness center.
