Before real estate, Megan built a successful career in architecture and interior design marketing. She led business development for a New York design firm specializing in multifamily new development, and later oversaw sales at one of the nation’s top luxury staging companies. Her background gives buyers and sellers alike a distinct advantage in presentation, positioning, and negotiation.

Originally from the South, Megan earned her MBA with a concentration in real estate from NYU in 2020. She lives in the East Village and enjoys the neighborhood’s creative energy, food, and culture. Outside of work, she spends time with her dog Scout, bikes the city, and draws inspiration from travel, cooking, and design.
